Crypterium Integrates Kraken Into Its App

The Crypterium app is the tool that enables users to make payment at merchant sites or shops. and is downloadable on the Android and IOS stores. It consists of the following:

1. A Cryptowallet - for storing Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin  and CRPT owned by users.

2. A Digital payment card e.g Master card, Visa card and Union pay card - This enables crypto - fiat payment at merchant stores. But it is totally invisible to the user.

3. Crypterium SX - This is a smart exchange that keeps track of the prices of cryptocurrencies (i.e CRPT, bitcoin, ethereum etc) on all exchanges that are integrated into the Crypterium app. The purpose of this is to help users get the best price when making purchases using the Crypterium app.

e.g Assuming Exchange A, B and C are integrated into the Crypterium app and that a user wants to purchase a pizza which costs $5 at Dominos shop and would pay using his bitcoins, the Crypterium SX will automatically do the following:

a) Check that the user has up to $5 worth of Bitcoin in his cryptowallet.

b) It will will then evaluate the price of Bitcoin on each of the Exchange A, B and C and execute the deduction of bitcoin from the user's cryptowallet based on the price provided by the cheapest exchange. Thus giving the user the best price possible.

The news is Kraken, a San francisco based Exchange founded in 2011 and consistently rated as the best and most secured crypto exchange was on friday, 13th April integrated into the Crypterium SX system.

The significance of this is that this is a major step towards the actualization of the crypterium app, which is scheduled to be out by Q2. 

I would expect the integration of at least 3 other exchanges so as to make the Crypterium SX more efficient and smart.

CRYPTERIUM'S MOBILE TOP UP SERVICE

Beginning July 22, 2018, beta testers started receiving emails to test Crypterium's mobile top up service. This has seen about 200 testers go through the KYC1 verification process after which they have had the opportunity to test the top up service. There has been quite a number of positive feedbacks from the testers who have shown so much excitement in the outcome of the tests. We have captured a few of the feedbacks given on the Telegram group by some of the testers below: A techie tester, Aires Mendes, went an extra mile to do a video of the top up process. Crypterium's 1000 Transactions Per Second Speed - Our Opinion

In the recent AMA with the CCO, Vladimir Gorbunov, it was revealed that Crypterium has built an infrastructure which is currently capable of processing up to 1000 transactions per second...and promise to have that increased in the nearest future. We will do a comparism of the transaction speed of Crypterium with other payment technologies and crypto payment methods, in an attempt to understand the importance of this piece of information from Vladimir. BITCOIN - Due to the limitation of the bitcoin block to 1Mb, the average number of transactions that can be processed per second is just 7. This is too slow to be deployed as a global payment solution on its own, as it would mean people will need to take queues just to have their transcations processed. ETHEREUM - is a little faster at 20 transactions per second. However, this in itself, just like Bitcoin is not an efficient payment solution.
