Market Intelligence - April 22

Welcome to today's series of CMA. The CRPT market today was characterized with low volume of 180,100 CRPTs (Valued at $172,132.35 - @ $8,857/Bitcoin) exchanged in 642 transactions. CRPT Sellers had a higher percentage of trades accounting for 54.89% of the market share in 331 transactions. This is a slight improvement over the previous day share of 55%. The day opened at 0.00010786 and closed at 0.00010790, resulting in a slightly bullish market with just +0.00000004 pips movement.

April 22 - Crypterium Market Summary

Considering that the trade volume is low (at 180,100 CRPTs), it may be a bit difficult to conclude on trader's behaviour today. However, the facts as it is in today's trade is that there is a reduction in trader's appetite to sell cheap. This is evidence in the graph which places cheap selling traders at 18% (as against 38% recorded yesterday, April 21st). There is no apparent reason why this may be the case, as no major news was released.

The second fact that can be immediately seen is that the minimum trading price has moved from 0.0001020 level to 0.0001030, however, the previous day high was not achieved as there was a strong resistance by 0.0001095 point, thus the formation of the day's low and high prices.

In conclusion, CRPT has stepped up its game, by moving upwards away from 0.000102 level, which actually accounted for 42% of the previous day's trading volume, but was heavily resisted by 0.0001095 price point. Traders appetite to sell is better distributed across the different price ranges and not heavily skewed to the lower price points of the day. This may indicate an increased confidence in CRPT, a better understanding of the market or reduction in number of dumpers. However, it is important to state that due to the very low volume of trade, it might be a bit difficult to give a conclusive remark.

CRYPTERIUM'S MOBILE TOP UP SERVICE

Beginning July 22, 2018, beta testers started receiving emails to test Crypterium's mobile top up service. This has seen about 200 testers go through the KYC1 verification process after which they have had the opportunity to test the top up service. There has been quite a number of positive feedbacks from the testers who have shown so much excitement in the outcome of the tests. We have captured a few of the feedbacks given on the Telegram group by some of the testers below: A techie tester, Aires Mendes, went an extra mile to do a video of the top up process. Crypterium's 1000 Transactions Per Second Speed - Our Opinion

In the recent AMA with the CCO, Vladimir Gorbunov, it was revealed that Crypterium has built an infrastructure which is currently capable of processing up to 1000 transactions per second...and promise to have that increased in the nearest future. We will do a comparism of the transaction speed of Crypterium with other payment technologies and crypto payment methods, in an attempt to understand the importance of this piece of information from Vladimir. BITCOIN - Due to the limitation of the bitcoin block to 1Mb, the average number of transactions that can be processed per second is just 7. This is too slow to be deployed as a global payment solution on its own, as it would mean people will need to take queues just to have their transcations processed.
